Robert and Gillian launch their latest book Tom McGuinness: The art of an underground miner in celebration of Tom McGuinness’ centenary this year.
It is a new and updated edition of their very first book, which has long been out of print, and was originally written with the co-operation of the artist and published to coincide with a major exhibition of his work in 1997. This richly illustrated edition documents the life and art of one of the most influential mining artists of the 20th century.
Robert, Gillian and Corinne will be in the Mining Art Gallery.
Copies of Tom McGuinness: The art of an underground miner, along with other books by the same authors, will be available to purchase.
